The 6000 Bridge Induction Hob can easily cope when you're cooking with bigger pans. The Bridge button links two cooking zones together to fit any large or long pan. The bridged zone will share the same temperature and time setting.
The Hob2Hood® function connects the hob and the hood. The cooker hood automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the heat, without lifting a finger. For powerful extraction when searing. And quieter extraction when simmering.
The Direct Touch Controls user interface uses intuitive numbers 1-14 so you can set the right temperature right away without having to toggle through the plus and minus buttons.
Child safety control lock: To maximise kitchen safety, this lock can be activated to prevent the hob from being turned on accidentally.
Control Lock: This will prevent any alteration or activation of the hob's settings; simply lock the controls once the cooking functions have been selected. It can also be used to lock the hob in the off position for added safety.
